Account Deletion

At Linctech Online (LincTech Global Logistics Inc.) we give you full control over your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your Linctech Global account, what information is removed, and which records we are required to retain. Your privacy is our priority.

How to Request Account Deletion

From the Linctech Global app

  1. Open the Linctech Global app on your device and log in to your account.
  2. On the bottom navigation bar, tap the profile icon to open your profile page.
  3. Scroll down until the "Delete Account" button comes into view.
  4. Tap "Delete Account." You will be prompted to confirm — please read the on-screen instructions carefully before proceeding.
  5. Once confirmed, your account deletion request is submitted and you will be logged out when the deletion process completes.

By email (no app required)

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@linctechonline.com from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We will verify your identity and process the request.

What Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, we permanently remove from our servers:

  • Personal information provided during registration — name, email address, phone number, and profile details
  • Account preferences — saved delivery preferences and contact details linked to your account
  • SMS consent — your mobile number and text messaging opt-in status

Data We Retain

To meet legal, tax, and customs obligations, some records must be kept even after your account is deleted:

  • Shipment & transaction records: retained 3–7 years as required by transportation, customs, and tax regulations (see our Privacy Policy)
  • Anonymized usage data: may be retained to analyze performance and improve the service — it is stripped of identifiers and cannot be linked back to you

When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

We take data security seriously. All user data is encrypted during transmission and at rest to protect it from unauthorized access, and we apply access controls and regular security assessments across our systems.
