If you considering buying items online and have them shipped to you, please find the below helpful information.

If possible we encourage our customers to notify us of the expected items preferably via email.

The notifications should have instructions on whether to hold for more items and an authorization of whether we can open and consolidate/repack. In addition, we must be notified of the intended shipment mode (Air/ Ocean).

Once items and consolidated (if needed) we notify our customers via email and generate an invoice as per the mode of shipment preferred. If it is the first time to use our services or not in our system, we highly encourage our customers to contact us so that can create their account in our system.

Please note that our services are prepaid prior to shipment departure. Any payment arrangement can be made through our main office in Kansas City.
